We love food.  Most of our travel plans start with great food as a criteria for where we want to go. One thing we always strive to do after we get home from a trip is to recreate the flavors that remind us of a place. Each place we have traveled has some iconic dishes: some we have successfully recreated, others not so much (we have tried making an authentic tasting pastor about 5 times and it’s just never the same as the original). We want to share the recipes we have found as well as the process for recreating the dishes we love from our travels.
